The breakfast was satisfactory and the place was fairly clean. The rooms were cheap and huge and the bathrooms were clean. The location was marvellous, at a moderate distance from Tha Phae Gate. Set near eateries and a stadium, it was a plus. Enjoyed their outdoor bar. Everything met requests and I had a very comfortable stay for 5 nights.

Well I guess because we are in a tropical country it was a dead lizard in the window of the toilet. they have a protection between the glass and in side and lizart were there. not a big deal thought.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, everything went well during our stay here and we were very comfortable. I would not hesitate in booking here again or recommending to others.
The gym and pool are at the other hotel down the road, I thought the gym was at this hotel and the pool at the other but I probably wouldn't have used either so it wasn't a big deal.

Great value for money with clean and well-kept rooms. The hotel is just outside the city center but still accessible to all the sights, including the night markets. The staff is competent and helpful, and basic amenities are provided including a small balcony to enjoy the surrounding scenery.
No negative aspects to report, everything was alright.

We made a booking for the Royal Panerai which was paid for but when we arrived to check in the room had been given to someone else. The check in staff found us a room at the nearby fx Royal Peninsula but we had booked a 2 room suite but had to make do with a 1 bedroom suite at the Peninsula. It was ok but having a roll away bed in the lounge for our son was not ideal. We booked a hotel transfer to the airport by the hotel minibus due to a very early flight, but it wasn't available at the time we booked it for. We eventually got to the airport and just about made our flight but didn't need the extra stress at an early hour, especially after we paid extra for the certainty of the hotel shuttle.

Great hotel for the price. Booked 3 extra days while there. Great location, close enough to everything and just far enough to be quiet at night. Can't say enough good things about the staff, always friendly and helpful. Always smiling.
For the price range I can not complain.

The location here is fantastic, with the night market just a short 10-15 minute walk away and the service was exactly what we were looking for.

Cheap night for £14 we needed a place to stay for one night. Did the job. Rooms were quite dark. No pool need to use the pool next door in sister hotel.see

Price.
The wall of the room seems like paper thin. Very noisy.

the location was convenient for exploring the local area, with key attractions within walking distance.
The noise level was an issue, with thin walls and noisy guests causing disturbances at times. the breakfast selection was limited, with mostly local options and few Western options available.
